How to Apply

Step 1: Download the application form

Step 2: Fill out application (including two essays)

Step 3: Send additional application requirements

  • Application fee ($75, payable to Wright Graduate Institute) Official, sealed transcript documenting receipt of bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university, and official sealed transcripts from any previous graduate level study.
  • One recommendation from a former professor or supervisor
  • A current resume
  • A completed computer literacy survey
  • A recent writing sample (approximately 20 pages) that demonstrates critical thinking and writing skills, the ability to develop ideas and make a coherent argument, the ability to evaluate relevant literature and use references, and exposure to research methods.
  • Acceptable writing samples include:
  • Excerpt from a master's or undergraduate thesis
  • Academic paper from a recent graduate or undergraduate course
  • Critique of a published research article in your area if interest
  • Published article with your name as the sole author or fist-named author

Step 4 (Optional): Download and fill out FAFSA and Loan form
